Hi. I know that the new fee structure went into effect on Aug 2nd, but I keep getting charged the PayPal Digital Payments fee of 3.49% + $0.49. However, my sales are all paid by credit card and should have the fee of 2.59% + $0.49. I have contacted PP customer service but they could not resolve this. Thank you!
