When the bracelet arrived broken & I saw the cheap, Junk materials used I did not want another bracelet. I wanted a refund. But your company decided to mail me another bracelet instead of fulfilling my refund request. You also didn’t ask for the broken merchandise to be returned so clearly your profit margins are very high AND you must believe the bracelet was indeed broken & didn’t require the item returned to verify. My issue was never resolved. They sent me a junk cheap bracelet with very thin thread that broke the first day. Because I was unhappy with the defective jewelry quality, I asked for a refund upon receipt day 1 but was told by cape Diablo that they were going to mail me a replacement bracelet BUT they did not ask me to return the broken bracelet to them! So obviously their profit margins are so high they can mail you 2! I have no desire for rubbish jewelry with bad energy. After 20 emails, no refund and PayPal is no help because the seller is offering to replace….why isn’t the buyers wishes being honored by PayPal? This is so frustrating when you trust & wait for the item to arrive but when it finally does it’s passed the window that Cape Diablo allows for refunds so they want to mail you another piece of worthless junk that is threadbare, cheap product with horrid “craftsmanship”...it looks like a kids craft project! PayPal do the right thing and do NOT align with this garbage company, or we will have to agree that you are also a garbage company for allowing such blatant scamming.
