Received this from PayPal today, very disappointed. I could NOT ship the item back to the bogus China address they sent me, I explained this over and over to PayPal, even called their fraud department, and was told nothing could be done. I also explained that there are at least 100 people that have experienced the same issue, but they said they would not refund my money. The only positive on this is that I will NEVER buy anything advertised on Facebook again, nor will I use PayPal to pay for items. I will use my regular credit card and dispute any problems thru them. Again, very disappointed with PayPal on this one!! "We received the case(s) you filed on August 16, 2020. We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s).
