I have a new phone with a new number but I tried accessing to set up my new mobile app and it wont go any further than wanting to verify me by only one way and that is my old number ???? I can't call customer services as it just keeps ending the call when I try to actually talk to a human. I then tried accessing my account on a laptop, so I entre my email address and my password and then I hit the same wall it want's to send me a code to my old number to verify me, it gives me no other options so what the hell am I supposed to do????
