I ordered some items and was given a shipping date. after a month, still nothing, contacted the seller and they said "very busy, please allow another 2-3 days" this went on for months. contacted Paypal and they said I had a good case and they would look into it. This went on for some time until last Monday I got an email saying they have seen the delivery note and I have no claim, case closed. I have asked for a copy of the Delivery Note and nothing. Can't reopen case once it is closed. Credit card have now said they will look into it for me. Bear in mind I placed the original order back in July ! Once this is sorted Paypal can shove their account where the sun doesn't shine. Disgusting customer service
