They make it so hard to get anything done and speak to a real person it frustrates most people out of continuing . Yet these companies are making billions! A company with so much money should make it safe for buyers and legitimate sellers alike! It should be their responsibility to find this fraud and find out how it is done and stop it! Just happened to me they show it shipped with a weight of 15lbs for an item of 70lbs how they do this I do not know? But I also hold PayPal accountable for this they can make us jump through hoops for an account and credit card and verify the hell out of us but cannot verify a merchant and put holds on them! I also blame Facebook they harbor so many fake stores and then you find out it was a Chinese scam store I will not buy anything from an ad on Facebook again! That was my product those covers are worthless and maybe a $1-2 in fabric is all I could send mine back for 12-14 and then get a full refund right you think they will refund us. They will come up with some crap on it did not show up or something ... View more
