I too was defrauded by this company, using the same method of giving me a tracking number, belonging to someone else at a different address. PayPal also resolved the case in favour of the fraudsters, because they supplied a tracking number which said my parcel had been delivered. However.... I did not give up, I contacted Royal Mail, whom the tracking number belonged to, and asked about my delivery. After 9 days, I got an email, stating that the tracking number did not relate to my name or address. I contacted PayPal asking to make a formal complaint, well after several days of persistence with the message service, I eventually got a reply and a link to a complaint form. I had some significant issues completing the form, as every time I attempted to attach emails and screenshots, which supported my complaint, the form timed out, and PayPal would not send me a direct email address. I persisted by writing my complaint and appending my supporting evidence as a word document and attached it to the form as a PDF. Some time later, I believe it was a week or so, I received a message from PayPal stating that my case had now been found in my favour and my money was returned. Me too!! PayPal have decided to pay my money to the fraudulent Chinese company who supposedly posted me a pair of golf shoes. They never arrived and the tracking number on their app says they were delivered. The company stated that they would arrive Royal Mail, but told PayPal China post. I have tried to dispute the findings with PayPal on their message centre but nobody replies and there is no apparent procedure to appeal any dispute or present evidence to prove a case. PayPal does not offer the protection I believed it did and I am now reviewing my use of PayPal and reverting to a credit card which will offer both protection and contact. ... View more

I have not received my golf shoes either, PayPal have found the disputed transaction in favour of the vendor as they have supplied a shipping number in their own app, which says my shoes were delivered.... they were not, this is a scam.... thanks for nothing PayPal. ... View more

I too have been parted from £28.99 and PayPal have upheld the dispute in favour of these sharks. The vendor has supplied some kind of shipping proof to PayPal, whilst I am without the golf shoes I purchased and my £28.99. I am so disappointed with PayPal, I thought this was why I used them, to offer some protection from shonky companies, I am wrong. So a fool and his money are parted with the assistance of PayPal. !!
