Anyone else having issues with paypal not upholding their buyer protection? I made a claim against a company back in June,I gave paypal screenshots, receipts, tracking numbers, and even pictures to prove the company ripped me off. After months of fighting to get my money, paypal sends me an email saying they closed my case because I failed to provide the tracking information they requested. Funny thing is, paypal refunded me the almost 30 bucks for the return shipping to this same company.... Yet closed me case with no refund due to me not providing the tracking. I am beyond livid. This company stole 77.03 from me and paypal has done nothing to get it back.
