I sent a dispute to Paypal after ordering 3 pairs of Crocs. I wear a size 9 and these shoes were too small and I couldn't wear them. I could jam my feet in the but not without smashing my toes in the toe box. I measured them against my shoes and they were a good 3/4 off which in shoes is more than a size. I contacted the seller, who first told me they were on vacation. I contacted them after their vacation and they apologized and said they would give me a 3% refund, I could keep the shoes, and they were a single mother with 4 kids. I responded that I was returning the shoes because they were mismarked and I could not wear them. My husband's shoes were a bit funky but he could wear them. It appears the seller is selling seconds or knock-offs as real Crocs. I paid the price of real Crocs. I opened a dispute with Paypal, sending pictures that showed the obvious discrepancy in size and they decided in favor of the seller saying they weren't that different. Yet in shoe size they are. I am not complaining about color or style but size. What else can I do? I thought Paypal protected the buyer. My credit card company would have.
