Debit card charged via PayPal for a transaction I ...

I was charged for a purchase at Bubs Warehouse via paypal on 12/10/2020 for the amount of RM 550.43, a purchase I did not make. This amount has been deducted from my savings account. To provide additional context, I initially made a purchase on Bubs Warehouse on 12/10/2020 for the amount of RM 506.55 on 12/10/2020 via paypal however I was fully refunded when it turned out the items I wanted were not in stock. This refund is reflected in my paypal account as well as my maybank debit card account. This was my first and only transaction on Bubs Warehouse. I do not understand why an extra RM 550.43 was deducted from my account. Additionally, my debit card transaction history shows that this purchase was made via paypal - this transaction however is not reflected in my paypal account. The vendor claims they have no record of a second transaction and there is no mistake on their end. Maybank customer service have informed me they are unable to do anything on their end as it was PayPal who charged my debit card. I have not received any confirmatory message or email from PayPal regarding this second charge, even in my junk mail. As this transaction is not reflected in my PayPal account, I am unable to ‘select transaction’ to raise a dispute.
