Not sure what to do. I had a shipping return refund request approved and Telus have hidden behind a 'global' technical issue that is preventing an issuing of the refund. Telus keep playing dumb in emails, and Paypal customer service pass the buck with generic responses. Has anyone had experience in legal action towards Telus/Paypal?
