This is the email address I received the  50% discount before them going through Paypal.  kokoerp com seems to be reported as a scam website yet I have to return the item when it is absolutely not what was ordered. Surely Paypal would have recognised this already. Hope this assists as I am not able to get the item back before the period expires and cannot seem to get any contact via Paypal ... View more

similar issue, baby doll advertised with moving limbs, 17 inches long, just so real. Product is 17 centimetres long, one piece manufactured item. Took 2.5 months to arrive and was most disappointed.  They emailed me privately to broker a 50 percent refund, which would have equated to $US 21 dollars for  $2 piece.  Is this normal during a dispute as there is no record on paypal of this communication, now saying via PayPal they will refund only when they receive the item back. Should I pay out extra to send this and risk losing this aswell.  I think,  just stay away from this provider. ... View more
