Hey. When I try to do a preapproved payment it won't work. It says: 'sorry we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time'. I have my PayPal account for some time and this thing wouldn't appear some time ago. I have a bank and a debit connected on my account. I would appreciate any help as this problem is serious now.
