Dispute escalation to Paypal

Hi, I started a non-delivery/non-refund of items dispute with a seller through the resolutions centre after unsuccessfully trying to deal with them via their website. Kept getting the same responses in our communications in the Res.Centre, so I escalated the case providing detailed notes, screenshots and emails of the case. Paypal has opened an investigation and the original notification from them stated a case resolution date of Oct 2. I noticed as time went on this date kept getting extended and it's now showing Oct 22. I have tried contacting them via their Messenger link (as I can't find a phone number or email address on the site) to get a status update and ask why the date keeps getting extended but have had no reply from Paypal. To date I've been trying to sort this out 3 months (outside of Paypal) and 1 month (via Paypal). Can anyone explain why Paypal continues to extend the case resolution date or do you have any idea on how long it takes to sort out an issue like this before getting a refund, please?  ... View more
