Hello guys, Today I am facing the issue that for so long has taken money from many people accounts, Facebook Ireland. I created a case but Paypal refuses to make a refund. I don't even use Facebook, today I entered to see if I was hacked but no, there is no known transaction in my account. I don't share any information with any family member. It's incredible how easy they close the case and don't even tell you the account that made the payment. Does someone know what to do in this case? Thanks in advance.
