Hi - I can’t login despite having the correct login and password. Login says it needs a second security check to phone me on a landline that I no longer have (different address). Won’t allow me to update any profile details or allow it to verify me by any other means. Won’t allow me to access chat or transaction support until I have logged in - but my problem is I can’t login. Have phoned the automated help desk but this terminates with no-one is available to help you with this problem. So I’m locked out with no way to get in. Any ideas?
