I purchased personal protective equipment on May 5th from a company supposedly in Florida. The items are advertised as shipping within 4-7 days ‘USPS Priority Mail’. I have not received the items. I filed a dispute. The company claimed to have re-sent the items, but provided the same shipping number as they originally provided. Meanwhile, I have successfully purchased elsewhere the equipment I ordered OVER 7 WEEKS AGO! I want PayPal to refund my money! For some reason, PayPal continues pushing out the resolution date further and further. So much wrong with this transaction! Items were NOT in Florida; items did NOT ship USPS Priority Mail; items were NOT re-sent; items have NOT been received. How can I speak to a live person at PayPal? I have stuck in an endless loop of robot messaging!
