On August 2, 2020, I purchased 4 packages of faux Ivy expandable privacy fences with a willow wood frame for $379.02. I used PayPal in case something went wrong I had someone to go to for support. I received the first package on September 7, 2020, and when I opened it I was very disappointed. The item advertised and what I received were not the same. I received a cheap plastic expandable fence with a few fabric leaves scattered around and big holes in between (no privacy at all). I made a claim because the item I received was not the item that was advertised. After I made the claim the other 3 packages were delivered separately on different days. There is no other way to contact this seller except through email. I haven't heard of anyone that this company replied to their email. PayPal emailed the seller and the seller responded with a tracking number. I have waited for 2 months and now I can finally get a refund if I return the item to China. I went to the post office and it will cost me $72.00 to ship each package back to China. I called Paypal and notify them that is too expensive to ship it back. I asked Paypal to help me by having the company provide the return shipping labels since they didn't send me the item that they advertised. PayPal responded that they have an agreement with the sellers that they are not responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. I couldn't believe it! That's why the company advertises one thing and sends the buyers something cheap and not as described. The company knows that when PayPal contacts them regarding a claim, they can just respond with a tracking number and that is sufficient for PayPal. The company knows is too expensive to ship the item back and most likely they will get away with scamming buyers. Please be very cautious with Shenzhen Aibili International Trade, Co., LTD! What is advertised is not what you receive after you pay for the item!
