I have been dudded a big one and have sought a refund. They have finally offered me one on the condition I return the original item. Ill have to post from Australia to China and the postage will cost half the value of the item I purchased! I have tried to contact PayPal but they have yet to respond after 4 days. The end date for the case is fast approaching. How do I get reimbursed for both the return postage and the item? How do I get PayPal to respond?
