I can't log into my account unless I enter a code they're sending to a defunct number. I can't change the number because I can't log in unless I enter a code they're sending to a defunct number. This is all because of "EU Regulations" - the UK is not in the EU I spent a considerable time 'talking' on screen to customer services and reset my password several times yet get told on log-in: "We cannot confirm it's you" The end result was I was told to: "Open a new account" According to the spam I get daily from Paypal (they can confirm it's me for that) I've got money in the account I'm now supposed to abandon. Even if it's a penny - why should they have it by banning me from my own account. Think of all the pennies times so many people - it's probably millions of pounds. I was just going to forget it but they've just spammed me again about some rubbish or other (I haven't blocked them because its Paypal - I shall now) ... View more
