My 16 year old nephew purchased something online, supposedly through PayPal, though he had no account. He later opened an account, but his purchase was not listed. I'm pretty sure he was robbed, but can anyone think of a PayPal transaction which would not require you to first set up an account? To top it off, though the money left his account, his bank says it has no record of the transaction, other than the money leaving his account.
