How many sellers have read the new terms that PayPal is putting into effect? These take effect on 16 December 2020. These new terms are here: https://www.paypalobjects.com/marketing/ua/pdf/GB/en/ua-121620-v2.pdf Paypal will add a dispute fee of £24 (see clause A.3.3.2) and a chargeback fee of £14 (see clause A.3.3.1) so sellers who face a chargeback or dispute may be paying significant fees (which are fixed fees) for even minor transactions. This makes the PayPal platform extortionate. I wonder whether sellers think a complaint to the FCA should be made over this practice?
