Another call with Paypal that refuses to intervene and take action against these "gentlemen". I believe that the only thing to do is to report everyone the website to Paypal and contact Alibaba as I did, which is their web service provider and report the site for scam, I hope that at least one of the two companies will take action but there I don't think so, money is coveted by everyone. ... you were lucky, I spoke to them on the phone and they told me that they will not do anything as I have not converted the dispute for "object to send" the item into a complaint within 20 days. Too bad that when I opened the report I had not yet received the item and therefore I could not know that they would send me an item that was not what I ordered. They are protecting their customers, but on the seller's side, 4.9% of transactions are always nice. I reported the website of these scammers for a week indicating that they are using the Paypal circuit to make scams and according to the regulation they should be barred to use it but the website still has the possibility to use Paypal. ... I see that I am in good company, I also ordered the multifunctional table but I received the laptop stand. I contacted the seller and offered me a refund of 4 dollars on an expense of 29.89 dollars.
