I have the same issue. Only mine is with BooHoo and I have to return the items which they wrongly sent all the way from Singapore to Manchester, UK. Shipping is $180+ at the cheapest.. My items cost less than that! I cant get through Paypal by phone contact - their automated messages say they'll transfer me to an agent, only to be told that due to covid, their contact centre is closed. LOL! And they dont respond to the chat as well. I really dont know what to do! ... View more
