I am a buyer in transaction in which the products received differed significantly from those advertised/promised. So I opened a dispute. The seller offered a partial credit. PayPal has requested our responses. We intend to reject the offer and I have tried to respond several times. but each time I respond, I get an error notification. Any thoughts/suggestions on how I can actually or more effectively respond?
