Mine is a personal account and for reasons unknown my account has been permanently closed. It has been over 180 days and still no money. I had no disputes or issues of any kind therefore I have no idea why mine has been closed. I wouldn’t recommend PayPal to anyone what so ever. ... View more

WHAT??? For some unknown reason that I don’t know my PayPal was permanently shut down! I had not a single issue with my eBay customers. I have over $300 in my PayPal account and was sent a notice (it takes a act of Congress to speak to anyone at PayPal) that I can’t get my money for 180 days! Why in gods name haven’t they released your money? With the Covid and no work I really need my money! This is a joke ... View more

OMG, I was **bleep** about my $400! I can’t even imagine what your going through! I just got off the phone with a useless supervisor! The buyer has 180 to file a dispute and after that they will notify you about how you will get your money...I spent over $100 to ship the items that I sold and told them that they should at the least release the shipping fees since the buyer wouldn’t get that part back if they do file a dispute. After spending hours on PayPal sending messages and getting the same exact response every single time I finally was able the get a phone number and spoke to a customer service rep that told me over and over “ I understand your frustration” finally I told her she didn’t understand nothing I was goi g thru!!! I have over $400 in my PayPal account and spent over $100 of my own money on Shipping and she’s telling me I have to wait 180 days to get my money! I have not had one issue with anything I sold! NOTHING!!! At that time I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Someone was suppose to call me back in a hour and a half and guess what??? No one called.
