Hello paypal community.. Some made a 10$ payment to my PayPal account before I verified my mail here with paypal, the payment was refunded.. Now after I verified my mail, he tried sending again, he keeps getting a response of "recipient only receives payment through their website".. What can be done about this.. Recipient paypal account is to Nigeria. How can i resolve this.. NB: the $10 payment the other guy sent has been fully returned to the payer yet.
