PayPal Community

Paypal gave me an address in China and I mailed back all the items. I mailed Paypal a photo of my receipt and also a photo of the package with the address and postage paid on the package to Paypal. But I didn't track the parcel. Paypal will not refund me. It's useless, I just got fed up as I called Paypal to dispute again, no joy!! I should have had the parcel tracked. I did tell them there are lots of people with the same problems. But again not listening. I will not be using Paypal again as there is absolutely no guarantees with them. I have learned when an advert appears on Facebook, the comments are all positive. So research the company on Google first before ordering through Facebook. Lesson learnt to the value of €130.  ... Anick, I reported a problem to Paypal. What I ordered was not what I received. I am a 62 year old woman and not hard up for €100. It is the principle of the situation at this stage! Absolute rubbish was sent to me. Paypal advised me to mail the items back which I did. I mailed a photo of the returned parcel plus the post paid. I am awaiting an outcome. Brigit2. I am in Ireland and have a local number to call Paypal. I called them and they e mailed me the address to mail back the purchases. The return address Paypal gave me was different to the one on the purchases that arrived. I took a photo of the returning package and also a copy of the postal receipt and mailed to Paypal.  I will not give up on this as again what I received, I wouldn't give to the dog to sleep on!!!! I too received items I did not order from Haiwen Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd.  Absolute crap, I wouldn't give the clothes away for free.  Cheap and badly made. Over €100. Paypal seem to be taking a long time to resolve. But I will keep trying. ... View more

I also ordered from this company Haiwen Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. Absolute awful clothes, cheap and badly made. I actually received items I did not order. I would not give away for free!!!
