About two months ago I purchased a pair of quad skates for my daughter on eBay. I paid for the skates through PayPal. The seller never sent the skates, and in fact admitted in an eBay message that she had never sent the skates. She told me that she would refund the money through PayPal but she did not do that. I opened a dispute with eBay but soon thereafter eBay closed the dispute because a PayPal dispute had been opened. I did not open the PayPal dispute. Since it’s impossible to contact eBay on this matter after a dispute is closed I tried to solve the problem through paypal. I sent numerous messages to PayPal describing my issue but no one did anything to fix the problem. Eventually I did get a call from a PayPal rep who said that they would fix the problem and get back to be soon. That was two weeks ago and I have never received a response from this representative. I again began texting PayPal on this issue. I have had to send documentation and repeat the same information over and over, but still nothing has been done. Please help.
