PayPal is such a fraud. Resolution Center denied my claim (ordered gold jewelry and got silver, even receipt says gold) because I didn't go to the police station and start an international investigation? What a joke. Every time I file a dispute it gets denied. Buy software that doesn't work, denied because "digital goods". Sell software and say it's digital goods, their claim approved. What is it, because I'm from Canada? Sure seems like they're favoring US customers.
