I should point out, there is no issue with respect to the authenticity of my documents. Rather there has just been no response to the receipt of the documents, no way to resend them, noone to review them, and no-one to make the decision on the status of my identity. ... View more

I have had the same problem. I supplied the documentation both by the web and email in January 2019, but did not get a response. When I tried to resolve the issue by reloading documents on the web interface it says "Thank you for providing the required information" Numerous emails that I have sent to the email thread over the last 18 months  have not been replied to. When the pandemic started and I needed to fix this but when I rang the phone number  I was told there were no operators to speak to. When I rang today I was told the reason noone was replying to my emails, was because the case was closed. A request to reopen my case has been lodged. I will learn in the next few days whether someone will look at the issue. Only then will I have (hopefully) someone and somewhere to send the documents to.       ... View more
