I also have the same problem. I linked my bank account and that was it. No notifications about a code or anything. Tried logging my account in a job website but it said that my account wasn't verified. I hope this resolves soon.

Does the $1.95 fee for credit card confirmation get returned? It's been 10 days and wala pa ako code. American Express Virtual Card gamit ko, and nag ''get a new code'' uli ako today.
