that was exactly my problem they expected me to cover 100+ dollars in shipping an item back to china that they said the buyer would cover the return costs at first. it was unreal I tried to close my account after but you gotta call now and tired of sitting on hold.. they eventually ruled in the other parties favor even though what they sent was nothing like what was received but that was their explanation that it was close to what was received.. this is a 15 foot x 48 inch intex pool with filter pump i paid 300 dollars for right? Looks like some kiddy pool to me and paypal is just going with the fraud..
