Hi. I haven't received anything for the £189.60 I paid to Budget Windscreens (Bedford) 2 months ago. The windscreen brought was for the wrong window. I have sent 2 emails to Budget WIndscreens asking for a refund/ discussion, but no answer. The invoice was raised through Paypal, and I paid this with my bank card. So, unfortunately, this will not show up in my paypal activity and so I cannot use the resolution centre. I have started 2 text conversations with paypal (human) assistants to pursue a refund, but each of the text conversations has been left open, with no reply to my part where I explain with details of who, when and how much. After a day+ I see 'this conversation has been close'. Can anyone tell me how to contact a human being at paypal UK without the use of the text service, which is polite but not helped? Or an alternative way of getting official help with this company? They have not been fair or above board. I
