Restored Account/ Still Limited?

Basically, my account got limited and i had to send proof of my identity, (which i did) and I got an email saying it was approved and have full access to me account. I got that email today, so i decided to try it out and purchase something and it’s not letting me use my paypal balance, whenever i try it says i have to confirm my identity which i have??!!! i also can’t transfer money to friends and family, every time it says there has been an error.
