Contacting Paypal seems to be a challenge. There is no direct email address to use. Instead when I use the emailcar option, it takes me to the message center, which the messages are nevernot responded. Their phone lines are never answered. I need to report a problem of Items not received for the same transactions that I once reported for unauthorised payments,because I did a mistake. All those transactions I cant report a problem with them because I once reported. Help so that I can report them for a different problem. The items have not been received, and the seller is no longer communicating about the goods. I also suspect the seller might be fraud. That's why I want to report and request for refund. Hello, I need help to report an issue. I once reported a number of transactions for unauthorized payments, but the case was closed due to no further information provided, and I couldnt be refunded.    So now I want to report an issue with the same transactions because the goods purchased have not arrived yet, and I need a refund. But it wont allow me it says I already have already filed a case for the same transactions. But the case is closed!  How can I go about it?????   ... View more

Good Day May I ask if it is possible to get help reversing or getting refunds of Transactions sent to a seller without letting them know? Especially when the main reason for transaction reversal is suspecting them to be fraudulent? They fail to deliver goods. So that they do not try to refuse with the refunds. Thanks. ... View more
