I have already opened a case. The seller has agreed to refund me, but PayPal requires the item to be sent back. The item is worth at most a dollar (also it's declaration value on the shipment). I threw away the cases as I had no use for them, but now I am regretting this decision. Please note that the description clearly stated that it was the phone and it did not say it was just the case. Am I out of over 730 dollars because of this scam? They shipped from Israel, but I can't find the cases that they sent. Please let me know what I should do. I have contacted eBay but they have said that they can't do anything. How am I supposed to return an item that I can't find? I would also like to report the seller to help prevent cases like these happening. Thanks in advance.
