I have returned the bags as instructed by PayPal and they did reimburse my costs for the return postage.  The bags were delivered two days ago and I have tried to forward the tracking details to PayPal, but I am getting no response from their messaging service.  They should now refund my fees, but I wonder how long this will take?  Although this appears to be running its course because I have followed PayPal's instructions, it is taking a very long time.  There are literally hundreds of people who have fallen foul of the scam sales perpetrated by Zhixin.  This must be causing undue harm to PayPal's reputation, yet they do not make it easy for customers who have been scammed to reclaim their losses. ... I have had exactly the same problem - chairs ordered and paid for and only useless covers received - an obvious scam. Covers sent back and PayPal refunded the postage costs. The package has yet to be delivered to Zhixin. It has been in China for a week. However, PayPal are dragging their heels on resolving this and after reading feedback on this forum I am not hopeful of a positive outcome. I am now avoiding using PayPal wherever possible. They state the following in their advertising: "Protection you can count on PayPal’s Buyer Protection programme entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any, when you don’t receive your item from a seller, or when you receive an item, but the item isn’t what you ordered". If PayPal do not settle in my favour the above statement appears to be completely false and PayPal cannot be trusted. I ordered two folding chairs on 6 July.  I received two small canvas bags.  I complained to the company and then through the PayPal resolution process.  The bags have been posted back to China from the UK and PayPal have refunded my postage costs.  When the company receive the bags PayPal should reimburse me.  However, I am worried that the address will prove to be false, or the bags will not arrive.  Lets see what happens.  Nevertheless, it is unbelievable that PayPal allow this company to use their services when so many customers have reported the scam.  Paypal state: PayPal’s Buyer Protection programme entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any, when you don’t receive your item from a seller, or when you receive an item, but the item isn’t what you ordered.  I am still waiting too see whether they live up to their promise. ... I have today received a message from PayPal to return the item to Zhixin Trading Co Ltd, which I am about to do.  They say that Zhixin will refund me and PayPal will refund the postage costs.  Your message give me hope that this will happen.  I do not understand why PayPal do not ban this company. ...
