100% a scam. The website had some minor red flags, but also looked like a newer legitimate site. I figured I could process a purchase and get funds back if not legitimate with the PayPal "guarantee"....I was wrong. Immediately after purchase the name of the payment recipient looked 100% like a scam, so I went into action. I attempted to contact PayPal immediately, but was shut down as PayPal pretty much shut down their support due to Covid. I filed a number of unsuccessful disputes. I filed a dispute with my CC company and immediately received a credit. A couple months after my dispute was finalized with my CC company. This experience has taught me that PayPal is a trash company and is losing me as a customer. What a joke, you can't even speak to a live person at a payment processor to discuss a fraudulent charge. I hope PayPal has lost a TON of money during Covid scams due to their absolutely horrible management.
