Afternoon There have been 2 cases open in my resolution center for around 6 weeks. Basically I sold a pair of sunglasses on eBay and shipped to Brazil (I am in Germany). The buyer did not want to pay the import tax and raised a "item not received" complaint against me (one for the glasses and one for the extra cost of the postage to ship express). Looking at the tracking the item has now been delivered and the buyer now has the items. Is there any way to have the case closed so i don't have the transaction amount on hold any longer? The delivery was with DHL express tracking number CY284359334DE (delivery can also been seen on the Brazilian track page https://www2.correios.com.br/sistemas/rastreamento/) The resolution center case id's are Case ID: PP-D-79814298 for the sunglasses Case ID: PP-D-79814955 for the express postage Both in my opinion are now not valid as the item has been delivered (and even should have been not valid to begin with as the buyer received the sunglasses only didn't want to pay the tax).
