I have an ongoing dispute with a Chinese firm. They have offered a full refund IF I return the completely different item than I ordered at a cost of over half of the original cost of the item they didn’t send. I don’t intend to pay to return this item as it’s too expensive and I didn’t order it. How do I personally message PayPal to say I’m not intending to accept what the firm have requested in order to get the refund I am entitled to. There are no options to respond? It shows as an open case and says if I don’t send the item back by 30 Sept the case will close?
