PayPal Community

Hey A seller that I have a dispute with due to a faulty item wishes me to ship the item back for a refund...However I originally paid shipment for the item to me. Paypal doesn't appear to offer me a response message box to this request other then just submitting shipment details of the item on my behalf back to the seller!  I don't understand how this is fair and why I have to wear an additional cost for an item that is faulty. Is anyone else have problems with the resolution center . I have 2 cases on the go as items not received and Paypal keeps pushing the date of resolution further. However I did receive items just not the items I purchased. I did try and report these items to Paypal as a dispute but they sent me on a wild goose chase looping me back to the resolution center and instructing to report an issue! Now technically I did not receive the item that I purchased but Paypal seems to be dragging it out! I have no idea what to do and conveniently Paypal and ebay aren't taking calls.
