Yeah , always make sure the website that you are buying from isn't overseas. Especially , China is bad. There is also Item fee receiver is in U.S. but the customer service and website are originated and located in Overseas are suspicious one .I am sorry. The PayPal won't give you money back even doesn't it ? I bet they will get sued very soon doing this kind of service . Ignoring so many victims are trying to get money back and that is the sales pitch of secure and safe transaction by using PayPal ... kinda B.S. to our eyes now a days ...
