After no response from the seller for two weeks, I escalated the dispute to a claim. After escalating to a claim, the seller finally contacted me with an outside email. Is there an option for the seller to reply inside the PayPal dispute center instead? If so, then I'd ask the seller to message me there. I just want to know if it's possible before I request them to. I'd prefer for all the communication between me and seller to be officially documented inside Paypal instead of a he said she said email chain.
