Go to printer preferences (control panel > printers>ZDesigner LP 2844) - Right click on the LP 2844 and choose properties and choose 'general' tab then you will see 'printer preferences' - Change the size to width = 4 and height = 6 (mine was 2 inches vs 3 inches!)....
