I received an amount which was put on hold which is normal. I then put in the tracking number to update so the amount can be released to my account. When I checked this morning, It states that there is an open dispute and is asking me to view it in Resolution Center. When I went there, it just states "Try again, something went wrong". So I tried to check directly in the Resolution Center and it doesn't show any open or closed cases. Customer service is kinda hard and I need help on this one. I already sent an email to paypal and sent them a message in facebook.
