Everytime I try to link an specific card, I get this message: "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.". However, I have been able to make transactions with it on other websites and I was even able to link it into another PayPal account (just as a test). Which leads me to believe that my account has somehow been blocked from linking that specific card. I believe this was because I tried many times before to make transactions with it and I kept linking and un-linking it (in the end, it was a problem with the card issuer). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
