I was able to cash checks just fine, then all of a sudden I started to get the error code a103. I have tried with many different checks and they all get this code. Also when I was able to cash a check, a few times, while using the instant option, the check got denied, after being asked to write void on those checks, which then leaves the check useless, it's rediculous. So many issues I have had while managing money with PayPal. They need to get it together.
