Hi guys, So I’ve had paypal for a year now and use it to order things off eBay, for that extra security. So recently 1st September I ordered a iPhone 11 Pro Max off Curry’s . For £1150 and it came to my house with a broken screen. I was suppose to receive and update on the 11th of September but for some reason I an update on the 10th stating my account being closed for having “too many disputes” but the issue I’m having is this is my first dispute and issue with my order with PayPal. On top of that they closed my case and my refund being rejected. I’ve been checking online everywhere for answers even called 10 times today and all the agents are busy and being told to call later on the day. I’ve just checked that I can resolve this “limitations” made to my account but when I go to resolution centre I can’t solve this “limit” made to my account or remove it and I’ve checked for answers for this and apparently the email I revived from PayPal claiming my account Being closed is fake and that someone is trying to hack into my account. Can anyone help me as I’ve got a broken iphone 11 which is worth £1150 which is not being refunded by curry’s nor PayPal and a closure to my account for no reason. I only have one dispute and this is the only dispute/case On my PayPal account and I’ve had this account for a year now.
