In May, I orderded an Acer Chromebook for my son's birthday..from Netyiri Group. It arrived in a timely manner. I saved it for my son's birthday. After numerous tries to get it to download things, etc., we realized it wasn't working correctly. I had no luck getting in touch with the company, so PayPal stepped in. I was given the address to mail it back to, with the promise of a refund. When we dropped it off at our hardware store, which accepts UPS packages, we didn't request tracking info. PayPal contacted us to say that we needed to upload tracking info. I explained that I didn't have any, didn't know that this information was necessary for a return, and told them that the company should have already received the chromebook back. Apparently, without this information, the seller must have said they didn't receive the item back and we were denied a refund. So,..we sit with no chromebook and no refund. Is there any way to still fix this issue...or make it known that this company will stiff you?
